Therapy 

By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns, CBT empowers you to create healthier ways of thinking, behaving, and feeling. With CBT, you learn how to break free from patterns of self-doubt, anxiety, and depression, so you can feel more confident and in control of your life.

College Planning 

Combining my experience as a psychologist and admissions counselor, we will work together to create a college application plan that reflects your personal goals.

 Complimentary 15 minute call to discuss options that will fit your needs.

I am a private pay therapist. My rate is $155 per 50 min session.

A superbill is provided for possible out of network insurance reimbursement. The client is responsible for submitting all forms to their insurance company.
